Scalp Micro-Pigmentation or SMP for short is a non-invasive, non-surgical procedure that uses tattoo equipment and specialized needles to deposit pigment into the scalp at a superficial depth, replicating hair follicles to give the look of a full buzzed head of hair. SMP is used for balding, thinning, alopecia and to disguise scars from hair transplants or other traumas. SMP is suitable for men, women, and all ethnicities.

SMP is done in 2-3 sessions (appointments) as it is a layering process with each session serving its purpose. The first session is usually the longest, 3-5 hours, where we will design your hairline, determine your pigment colour and set a base layer. The second session, 2-4 hours, will add density. The third session, 1-3 hours, will blend everything together. Please come to all your sessions well hydrated and fed.
